Liberty Mt. Sunset Panorama

As I neared home on a run last night I watched the last light on the mountain peaks. Picking

up my speed to try and catch it, I got home, jumped in the car, and drove a few blocks to a

view point. By the time I was set up the light was off the mountains, but still in the clouds for

a few more minutes.

You are trying to make us jealous that this location is close to your house! Can I ask how you created this very wide landscape (did you stitch two images together)? The colors and light are wonderful. If you had caught the sun on the peaks, that also would have been great but this is beautiful. Compositionally, two comments: a little more foreground would give it more balance; and some sharpening of the image would give it a crisper finish. Cheers. (PS still jealous heheh)
