This is a moth in the family Cossidae. They are called "Carpenterworm moths". I can't tell you the specie because i dont know where the photo was taken. I look similar to species in the genus Acossus.

 

The caterpillar live in steems, trunc or branch of trees and eat the wood. They usualy take more than 1-2 years to become a moth.
