Great use of harsh, overhead lighting. It's so hard to do that well with human subjects. Love the perspective as well, here again you have done a great job of maintaining a pleasing look of the man by placing him in the center of the frame to reduce distortion. My only complaint is that the picture lacks focus. What is the guy doing? What is he looking at? If he was a painter or construction worker it might make sense, but this just looks like a well placed pose. It might have been better is the guy was looking at you, however that probably would have shaded his eyes too much. All in all though, great photo!
