This is an excellent image of this tower and the phenomenon it is known for. Knowing just a little of the underground engineering to keep it from tilting further makes it even more interesting.

Did the role of Pisa in science inspire this image? regardless, it is beautifully conceived and photographed. The lighting on the buildings, and the moon, brings this together subtly and imaginatively.

My, you've visited some wonderful places Mike...and this is one I've always wanted to see......great capture, wiht lovley lighting, detail, and DOF. Nice that the moon was full..........'icing on the cake'! sincerely, Gail
