b&w misc Hello Mate!

C Brake, in a way you are right. This one has lots of contrast, but actually, I have added it very moderately while converting this into B&W. The original NEF-file is not that much less contrasty and I did not use contrast "pushing" in camera. The reasons for this much contrast come from three main sources. 1. I used fill flash to get any details to the ostrich, because 2. there were extremely bright clouds behind this birds head. The third source was the Nikon Capture NX:s orange filter that I used for the converting-process. So, 3/4 is a honest rating and in a way truly accurate commenting...
