Hi.. love this motive and the photo is very well done... the reflections is great and it has a certain paint effect to it..(i should know as im a painter):) colours are good and the somewhat chaotic lines finds its place perfectly....now technically it wouls suffer from too much sharpening.. there is a "glory" around the lines... maybe if you use PS, dont get it so much unsharp mask (if you did)..and instead use the little but good progam neat img...i beliewe that would do the trick when it comes to the gloy around the objects and still keep the high sharpening mode...

Thanks to all for input and ocmments. Shawn I did perform a noise reduction on it with just a bit of sharpening. I agree I like my version better than yours. No offense :)) Regards to all...LJ

Lesa I decided to delete my modified version because it looked so out of place, and because I liked your orginal much better. However in doing so I had to delete the whole comment too so it will leave a little hole in the conversation chain. This new comment will help to plug that hole.

After going through your portfolio several times, I finally came up with my favorite. The lighting, colors, and composition of this photo are beautiful and remind me of our frequent trips to Holden Beach Island in North Carolina where we watch the shrimp boats go out early in the morning and return at sunset. Excellent image Lesa. I love the overcast light and perfect reflection. That water is so calm. Tossing a pebble in to get some concentric ripples might have looked pretty cool. Well done.
