Toes play Monopoly

Another series in the feet/toes picture/paintings. Playing a game of

Monopoly, I think the toes will not win against the Boardwalk and

Parkplace regardless of owning hotels on Baltic Avenue. Playing

footsies was not part of the bargaining either. ~ just having fun!

Everyone knows that you are supposed to pass GO and collect $200 before you pay rent on Baltic's Hotels.

Nice image, totally different from the original. I like it. Don't like playing Monopoly against you.

I could'nt tell if the character is really cheating, I only know the french monopoly where you buy Paris. But I like the way you turn simple things and domestic life into art, always with a pleasant hint to human presence.

You should create a photo book called "The Adventure of Micki's Toes"

 

 

When you have a fairly simple life (but yes I have been to paris and many other places) but right now I am stuck at home I have to make up things to do. I am just enjoying doing something like this. I love to do things with depth perception and I am trying to do just that. Sometimes it works (like at the doctors office) and sometimes it sort of works like this time. Kellen I already have friends asking if I am going to put a book together for Christmas next year. They only request that I DON'T make it a scratch and sniff book! HA! Funny thing is my husband has been doing this gig for over a year (can't make him post it (just not to my extreme). Thanks for the encouragement. ~ micki

Yes, the adventures of Micki's toes...you might not have a portfolio full of flowing landscapes, but it's full of fun and fascination (and toes :), and never boring. You have plenty of talent! I have a hard time picking a favorite image. I am waiting for warm weather so I can put my sandals back on and get my tan lines back on my feet...and then they are going into my portfolio, too. I had that photo planned last summer, then it got cold and I lost my tan patterns...most people might think that was strange, but after seeing your portfolio, I know you understand!

People think I'm off center but I just have a ball with this... then they go, HEY ~ where are the NEW TOE/SHOE stuff! It comes and goes! I do certain things and then go in a new direction. ~ I can't wait to see what you do with your feet ;) ~ thank you for visiting! ~ micki
