Historic Venice in fog

This is another photo I've taken on that foggy day in Venice. In 2006

I've seen Venice by rain, night and fog, unlike in 2003 when it was sunny.

Maria oh Maria - It's dull it looks unsharp it lacks colour. Venice in the fog - fog can give you very good mood but this has not worked - sorry Maria

Have you looked to the other photos with fog, also those of Assisi?

Hi Maria when I judge a photo in critique I judge that one photo that's put up to be judged. For just one moment forget the fog. Judge the photograph your self - how would you like this on your wall for two years. Fog or no fog it's a bad photo - it may have your memories of a good time in Venice but I can not see this in the photo. I judge the photo as it stands dull gray and flat - look at your ratings others also see the same. I've looked at youe Portfolio you have lot of high quality images this is not one of them. The first thing I do when I recieve any slides or print from a photo shoot is I get the bin and take out any images I consider not up to scratch - bin them we all take bad photographs Maria the best bit is to only show the good ones. You have a good camera eye - keep on shooting
