stormphotonet 1 Posted January 12, 2007 Thanks Antanas and Rashed, it was one of those nights that the sky was clear here in Dallas, we get so many nights that you cannot see the stars. Thanks friends happy shooting Link to comment

jmcconnell2 0 Posted January 12, 2007 A real eye-popper! Ken do I see a bad pixel in the top-center? Maybe two of them. Link to comment

susan stone 0 Posted January 14, 2007 This is an inspiring piece of art. You've used some interesting lighting and perspective with this composition. They do look like they're flying to the stars. Link to comment
stormphotonet 1 Posted January 14, 2007 Thanks Michael and Susan very much! This was the last shot in the series of these birds. Some one had ask about what they thought was a hot pixel in another night photo so I thought I would make a note of the stars and shot it, well these are not stars, but planets. I am having fun with the new D200 thanks again to everyone and happy shooting. I am hoping for a ice storm here in Dallas the next two days will post if we get iced Best wishes to you all Ken Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted January 15, 2007 Kenneth , it is a very unusual catch, interesting color and composition on the black BG.( how come the bird is green?) Link to comment
stormphotonet 1 Posted January 15, 2007 Thanks Pnina that is a good question, the birds are a dark color in day light but are a green color at night. I found the art work on Friday so have not been able to talk to anyone about it and today is a holiday for us here in the US. I want to know the same thing so I am planning to talk with someone on Tuesday. The whole building has an interesting color at night that is not appearing to be in the lighting but in the reflecting of light. Even the lot where the cars park. A shot of the building and art work are next to this shot. Thanks again Pnina hope to let you know on Tuesday Ken Link to comment
