arash khoshghadam 0 Posted January 10, 2007 You have pulled off a pretty difficult situation with the sun shining directly into your lense. The loss of details in the foreground has made a very eye-catching compositon. You have created tension through asymmetry in the horizontal axis and through juxtaposing two complementary hues ( orange and blue ) plus emphasis through the isolation ( sun is isolated element ). Quite interestingly The vertical axis has near symmetry. Keep up the good work. Link to comment
chuwakka 0 Posted January 10, 2007 I don't know anything technical, but it looks great! Congrats! Link to comment
esteve 0 Posted January 11, 2007 Arash: Thanks a lot for your kind words. I'm very happy that you like it, and I'm flattered by your in-depth analysis. I was about to crop the photo to get the symmetry on the vertical axis, but in the end I left it as it is. Rafael: Thanks for your nice words, honest, which really encourage me to try to keep up shooting. Many thanks again and regards,Esteve Link to comment
