Sad reflection (Auschwitz-Birkenau)

Strong and very much telling capture. Your concentration camp-images touch very deeply to me. This is one really affecting image. Just the thought of the stories behind those shoes makes one shiver. And this reflection photo combines the modern day people (often very ignorant to the holocaust) and the people whom suffered at that time. Sadly, I dont believe that modern people have learned anything from the mistakes and wrong doings of our ancestors. At least, this thought rises while viewing the news of modern day atrocities. But, IMO, it is very important that people like you keep on informing and translating this message to the young people of today. This image is one such translator.

Actually, Pawel, could I use this one and some others from your portfolio, to tell about these things to the young people whom I meet through my job? My job is to work with the young people in our congregation. I meet allmost all teenagers of my hometown when they are at the age of 14-16. This could give me one more tool. Please, consider this possibility.
