It's a great exposure and well composed. Perhaps a bit soft as presented, but otherwise a nice shot!

Henri,

There was detail in the foreground in un-manipulated original picture. I adjusted the levels and contrast, exposure, did some dodging and burning. I sort of like the way the hills and cliffs rise up out of the darkness. To my eye, it looked better this way.

I do appreciate your comments anytime, thanks for taking the time.

Best Regards,

Linda

Linda, I did a car trip in this area from Victoria last summer and saw much more beauty in the landscape than when I was there years ago. Perhaps my photographer's eye was more drawn to the subtleties. Anyway, I think you've done a fine job here of conveying the natural beauty of our province. Thanks.

We do live in the one of the most beautiful places on earth. I was born and grew up in Toronto, with a grey landscape of concrete and smog. I don't think I will ever tire of Beautiful British Columbia. I am so glad I live here!

Warm regards,

Linda

The front elements look kind of collision in geometrical regard and confuse the look of the viewer and the clear blue on the upper part as well as the magenta on the clouds are a little over exposed (not over exposed in technical sense), over saturated! The frame is most suitable! Nice perspective, but as I said, before noticing the beauty of the perspective the eye and mind jumps around the front plane trying to see what there is on it!

Ok, I had to find my favorite one to rate and that was hard. Every picture is wonderful. I chose this one because the wonderful textures and shades of blue. I love Kamloops, been once and hope to make it back someday.
