i like this , in my opinion the miserable man without stomach thinking of how to use the food ,in farsi we have a proverb that says : "the red apple belongs to the cripple man" and it means something belongs to someone who cannot use it well :)

Why does he contemplate the banana peel in a cocunut shell? Is he hungry? How can he be hungry with no stomach. Who ate the banana? Who ate the coconut? So many questions!! I love this image!!
