laurentlacoste 0 Posted January 24, 2007 Dear Alon, I'll say hello to a fellow nikonist. This lovely lady is still fascinating after all those years. I dreamed over the F2 as a teenager (I never had one), still have a Nikkormat FT which my parents bought in the early 70s and offered me later, the FE which I've been using over the years and now a DSLR. And indeed it's great to have the opportunity to keep on using our old favourite lenses with these wonderful new cameras. Link to comment
alones 1 Posted January 24, 2007 Thanks a lot Laurent . I do refer to the camera as a Lover :) , I remember the day I got it , I was sky high :) . Are you using the D2X ? If so , I envy you :) Link to comment
laurentlacoste 0 Posted January 24, 2007 Yes, Alon, I am . I've been using the D2X for almost two years now. I was sky high too on the day I received it and can't spend a day without it (I think you can call it love too!). Alon, the recent F series are fantastic and I'd love to have one too! You must be very happy with the F4s. Link to comment
alones 1 Posted January 26, 2007 Yep Laurent , The F4s is amazing . I hardly use it since I went to digital but I will never give it away . Just holding it in my hands is .......... :) . The D100 is a compromise , If I was professional the D2X was defiantly my choice :) . Who knows , Maybe one day ( dreams ) Link to comment
