Marvellous shot! The sharpness, thr rich color, the pose, all work well. I guess you can get rid of the lower left corner diturbing object with Capture NX2's wonderful eraser tool!

The bottom left and top right framing is appealing. The closed eyes on one of the birds is really cute - sure looks like love. Surprised at the many low scores on this one - I guess we have a different view of what constitutes a 'good' image.

Wouldn't it be nice if we all could feel as 'content and loved' as these 2 appear to be. One of the greatest aspects of 'nature' that I appreciate, is the species that mate for life....dedicated to each other....love your attention to detail and colors in this one, even if it is an older shot.
