Very well captured with remarkable detail on the cat. I'm split about the background though. On one hand I like the highlights because they give the image a nice atmosphere, almost glorifying the cat. On the other hand, it's busy and tends to distract from or even overpower the cat. Currently, and lacking larger view, I am leaning towards liking it. Nice lens bokeh, BTW.

Im so love the Lynx!

I have a big male living wild just a bit from my house.He has not attack my horses yet.But have seen hes tracks just outside the pasture.He got some small deers.So hope not going for my horses.

I enjoy this photo a lot. First, because the Lynx is a fabulous animal. Here in the north-east of France it's very rare (less then 100 individuals, only in the mountains where it has been re-introduced in the 70's) and it's impossible to make a photo of it in the wild. Second, becase the photo by itself is really nice, that golden background is really aesthetic.

 

 

For Ulrika, don'tsd woory for your horses, they're a lot too big to be interesting for a Lynx, just enjoy this fabulous neighbor!
