Dieter Schaefer 20,134 Posted January 5, 2007 Nice capture of a Great White Egret. These birds have such smooth feathers that even with just a little sun, parts look overexposed/blown out. I have played with your shot a bit in PS (I should actually do this with mine), and ended up just changing the highlights by 20% with a radius of 30 pixels to bring out some more detail on the right wing; see the attachment. I also cropped a bit tighter, just a personal preference. Link to comment
