At times I find myself looking at the tree trunk more than the model. Really don't like the angle of this, at least not with the level of detail still visible in the background.

Robert, to be honest with you, she looks like she is trying to fly up that tree to get out of the water. I like the light on her face though, a pretty girl. I have a hard time believing a pretty young girl is going to spend her free time walking around the swamps in her heels - unless being paid or being asked by her boyfriend.

I am very much a beginner at this hobby/art so ignore my comments if you like as they are not from a professional or experienced person.

The tree is ofputting and the movement in her arm also. She is a very pretty lady and has very nice eyes.. Might I suggest a crop or composition something along the lines of the attached file .. Lighting etc seems fine a different angle may have helped..

Ken, the crop you made works better for sure but what Michael said about the detail in the background is still present though.
