Thanks for your comment Kent. There are flocks of these beautiful birds in my valley and they often stop by for a visit. Unfortunately though they love to use their very strong beaks to rip apart anything made of wood; ie. Trees, shrubs, power poles and my house! .

I really love this shot. It has a nice portrait feel to it. Notice you probably had your noise reduction set way up (or post-processed that way) and it gives an unusually soft feeling to the leaves. Was that deliberate? This could not have been framed or cropped any better than it is. Lovely shot.
