but I am not sure for the smoothness of the entire image. The eyes should probably be masked and dodged so as to stand out and I think that the face it's little bit oversaturated. And the top right red corner and top left corner part are little bit distracting. A little cs work is needed...

And the hard shadows in the face are not attractive also....

Petros, as you can see this is not a studio photography, so the light(from an ordinary room lamp), the shadows and the colours are all natural! I put some blur filter on and the eyes are not masked but only a little bit dodged! Maybe you're right about the top corners! The point is that i shoot what i saw and i think that is the most important thing!
