What if you cropped it along these lines and then used clone stamp to get rid of the fence wires. Just a thought.

nice photo debra,might be a little better if you try a tighter crop, just the bird and the house. your focus and sharpness is good enough to afford a tighter crop. the fence is uninteresting, crop it out.

I think a tighter crop would work, too, but I'd like to give the bird someplace to fly... Nice capture.
