A stately row of trees is a classic, but the drainage ditch in the foreground does nothing for this image.

I disagree with the comment above. It contributes to the perspective and balance ot the picture and makes it more interesting. I like it. Very nice picture. Congrats.

This is the first picture of the more than 450 that I have looked at this evening that has managed as near to perfectly all the lines major lines and managed the edges of the photo near perfectly as well. Others may say that this is a too well managed picture, with regards to line and edge management, but it most definitely my cup of tea.

 

I have two suggestions for you, slightly burn down the shadows of the building and dodge the highlights in the ditch.
