You looks great but the flash is a bit hard there is some overexposed arias, try to avoid the built in flash if possible, try to use a window as light source instead, then you get a light that is softer.

A beautiful image with a great model :). The hard contrast seems to be a common trait in all of your B&W work, and I think it works very well. I wonder though if a slightly softer focus, or a diffusing filter would compliment the hard contrast to make for an even better image.
