exilephototylerjones 0 Posted January 23, 2007 Very nice street photograph Claire. I love skewed angle, perspective in this case, and can't imagine this shot working any other way. The fact that the bright background is not blown out or that your subjects are not lost in dark shadows is impressive, way to maintain that tonal balance. I've recently done a lot of street photography abroad, mostly in China, so I'm especially partial to such subjects. Cuba is a place I've been very anxious to get to for the photography opportunities. claire 0 Posted January 23, 2007 Hey Tyler, Thanks for your kind and constructive comments. Nice to get sone positive feedback! Cuba is def a very photographic place which i strongly recommend. It's like time has stood still. The framing is what I use for most of my photographs. Sometimes it works and other times not! Many people dislike it and feel it distracts from the image.
