Oh nuts! Peter used exatly the same thoughts and words that I have in my mind when viewing this beautiful image. This is definitely some image that I would gladly take to my wall to a very well seen place. I am a great fan of graphical prints, like Albrecth Durers works, etc... And in my mind, this goes into that category. Great image, indeed.

Bianca, this is a very beautifully made composition.

 

The texture of especially the sky, the black birds circling over the tree, the dry fields of the hill and the threatening clouds give messages that go beyond the simple physical solitude of a person lying under a isolated tree.

 

By adding the successive curved lines of the tree, the hill, the clouds, of the composition you have managed to merge all the elements with the person in the centre. Very well made and very effective. You are indeed great !
