Very good rendition,Pnina. Almost like a Dega's painting. I am unable to upload any new image because I am away from my base. SHALOM.

Pnina, I'm very impressed. The scene is difficult to read and understand: What is going on ? What ever it is, it is great ! And very well composed with the dancer entering the purple "scene" with the marionette first and a threatening bate like shape hanging over their head !!! The delicatesse of the colours of dress and the soft purple colours of the floor gives a perfect contrast to the deep black background and the blue colours of the animal.

Sorry Pnina for my many words, but I only wished to share my view of the scene in words. This is all very fairy tales like? Pnina, is it a tale of what awaits us in 2007 ? Is it good or bad ?? Don't tell me that it is "only" a photo.

Hi Anders, thanks for your comment and questions, let me help you "read" it, even some mystery is good!

It is a scene from a show for children, which is called " Tipa Pupa", it is a story of a wizard or a magician ( 4 dancers ,the wizard is the main dancer and the choreographer), he has a box with all sort of ellement like the marionette you see. Behind is the backdrop , that I have overshadowed to enhance the mystery....It is a fascinating, imaginative creation of the choreographer I work with, I saw it 10 times and evry time I enjoy it as if the first one, like all the children.... I'm sure you would have enjoyed it as well...

I hope it helped Anders, I will upload another one or two from that dance.

Happy new year my friend.

The marionette and the human: Who is manipulating whom? Great lighting and composition. I love the colors and the effects.

Great image Pnina. The happiest new year to you and your family. Marco.

I wish i could be there with you to appreciate and photograph. You make beautiful artwork out of art-in-motion. Every photograph is a story in itself that awaits for the viewer to interpret him/herself. As always, you have capture the climax of the stage very well. With warmest regards, Tanya.
