This was made with a 25W lightbulb inside a black tube, this was used to "paint with light"

first the models, then the bagground, with a yellow sheet of paper.

Nice portrait but I'm confused by your description of the technique. Did you have the models pose for 32 secs? That's a long time to hold a smile. Also, the light on their faces seem to be more directional than light painting. Whatever you did works very well. Cheers, J
