that Quebec city is without snow during christmas.

 

But, today december 26 - we have a blowing snow and snowfall warning

(15 to 20 cm of snow)

I have never been to Quebec city, however theres something about this place that tells me to step back. It looks like such a powerful and enriched place to be at I wont get into my gathered thoughts, I usually get carried away into a stream of imagination. Thanks for sharing.
