over 193 square miles of surface water, with an average depth of 989

feet, 71 miles of shoreline, surrounded by a vast mountain range ...

and with intense color and water clarity, Lake Tahoe is simply a

Precious Gem in the Sky ... diamond, sapphire and emerald quality -

all in one. We just returned from a relaxing week in Tahoe. After

living in Tahoe for nearly five years, I seldom had the opportunity

to capture a calm water sunset ... until now. Wishing everyone all
