Very interesting one. Firstly about the color, blue is quite strong and dark. Secondly the overall effect, you said it is a very long exposer, but in reality it looks simple enough. Light effect and the color difference is very good. Like it.

Dear Kaushik, so good to see you again, the storie about this picture is that I was walking yesterday evening in my town Leeuwarden, Holland, and we have those beautifull canals, old stones, and beautifull forms, and in the evening they are lighted with a kind of blue neon light, it is a kind of fairy-tale tunnel effect, and above the canals there are now this christmas ligtning what also gives an special effect, in colors, so I did try to catch this... and I think I did it ;D (I am learning to do evening shots)
