Foreground content is interesting, however i'd consider having more sky in the shot, perhaps re-thinking your horizontals so they match the rule of thirds. With a shot such as this with awkward light, you may want to consider reducing the amount of the shot which is underexposed or perhaps using less land and trees as a frame for a larger skyscape.
