has framed the bulding quite fantasticly. I think you have applied a blur mask. That has give this image a mystical quality. I really asked myself what this mysterious building can be. The buildings texture is also contributing here really

Thank you so much, Arash! In the region where I live there are a lot of wind mills. This is the structure of one of them, and are now almost all desactivated . They were all working in the 40?s and 50?s.

About the blur, this is not digitaly made. This was shooted with Kodak HIE infrared film, witch gives a halo in those highlights. In Ps I only added a little levels and contrast. Thanks again!
