The image was taken with Kodak HIE-135 IR film on a sunny spring

afternoon, using a Pentax KE, Sigma 28-80 3.5 zoom, #25 red filter. I

probably shot at 200 ASA, with as small an aperture as possible for

the shutter speed. The negative was scanned and retouched (minimally)

with PS 7.

Is this the graveyard that is mostly shot for the purpose of some films? :)

I think I saw this angel on one of those before ..

 

This is high math for me (all the things that you've said about how you made this picture) but I can tell you what I feel about this picture as a simple man..

I would rather see this angel without that object behind him, as I see that your first point is on him.. the other is the sequence of trees that are burning behind.. I would take an object on which I can climb one meter up and focused the angels face with very light macro of the burning tree not to make it all behind the story, but seen.

I hope I've presented you my view..
