Lines have worked wonder in your shot. The lines the waves have formed toward the sun are very strong specially the wind spraying the water into the air; however,

I believe that the sun is too much near the edge. That makes it hard for the reader's eyes to stay focused on the sun without being led out of the frame. I would certainly push the sun a bit inside and up the frame.

this really beautiful.good contrast especially in the stones lying in the cost.the waves and the mist above them.the sun shine and the blue sky.the clouds have good position i love it
