Emmanuel Enyinwa 0 Posted December 14, 2006 This is the best of the series, but you need to work on your focus!! Love the composition, though. Link to comment
dave holmes 0 Posted December 14, 2006 Your shameless appeal for a 7/7 worked! I don't mind the less than tack sharp focus, it is a flower after all. Regards, Dave Link to comment
j.k._york 0 Posted December 14, 2006 the BG really compliments the flower's colors nicely. a little tight on the left, but that's nit picking. the green pod gives the comp punch. a few digital cloning artifacts at the top you could blend out would help. (i hope you don't mind constructive crit) i like this one a lot. its warm and vibrant at the same time. take care, J.K. Link to comment
lesa jones 0 Posted December 15, 2006 Yeah JK, I noticed the cloning problem on the upper right after I posted, but didn't think Dave could bear it if I deleted it. :)) It is all a learning process for me, so yes, please do give all the suggestions and input you want. And yes Emmanuel, I know I have a focusing problem, but only in my photography now. I plan on buying a cable release this weekend, which may help improve the sharpness of some of my images. Thanks to all who have left compliments, as well as critiques, they are all enthusiastically anticipated. LJ Link to comment
Emmanuel Enyinwa 0 Posted December 15, 2006 Yeah, a cable release will come in handy. btw, my pics were shot with a 4x5 view camera. If you want to work in that format, let me know. Link to comment
