I do like the mood of this shot. You can't help but feel relaxed when looking at it. I wonder if that was your intention.

Hello David! Thank you for your kind comment. Actually, when I shot this one, I concentrated to the way of leading the eye to the stones further away and to the calm blue tone of that moment. The sun had just set behind the horizon and it was the blue moment before darkness. I liked the atmosphere and it really was very soothing and calm moment. This was shot with an 25 seconds exposure and yet the water is so clear.

your plan works. my eyes are pulled away from the rocks by the beautiful blue gradient. very nicely done Alpo. yes, it is calming, and I know I need all the calming I can get :-)
