Hey, thanks Alex. It's the girls especially that are so appreciative and generous in their understanding and expression of art ...

Being philisophical... It's good to know you are placing yourself with the greats John! I follow the same philosophy! If no one buys me a beer... I buy one myself.

John... LoL! I think the museum would gain more visitors if they frame these photos on top of the artpiece. Perhaps, they would have to install higher security (otherwise, the photos would disappear ;o)). Alex! Thanks for hanging out with me at the museum. Hmmm! now, i imagine your famous red couch somewhere in the museum ;o).

John The toilet at the SFMOMA is worthless in my eyes, but the way you capture your models is priceless. Alex

John Maybe I am just weird, but I have visions of an entire book from this series. You could entitle it: "The Complete John". I am sure it would become a "must have" in every bathroom in the world. Especially since the "john" is becoming the new library of at least America. Peri girls are simply put, the best. Thanks for all the shares and thank them as well. JH

Well Tanya, if a toilet alone is worth that, imagine with one of my models on it!

John... ...I was at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art a few days ago. "The Toilet" was one of the major pieces of art being displayed. It's worth 14 million dollars, and there were a lot of people there. I laughed and thought of your photos related to this series....

Michael Meneklis
I consider this excellent shot as a portrait than a nude. Emphasizing to the face you give a new dimension to your brilliant job. Bravo John.

Hy Biliana! I think the parody lies partly in making it a social event. Naturally, a photo should convey a message on it's own and no explanations should alter someone's view, but I do feel that a theme or motive can be explained to fellow photographers on a photo discussion site like this. That is what we are here for after all.

I just think that even when John tries something different, there is still a Peri-esque style to it. I have gotten to the point, I can tell it's John's without looking at the photo details. Is that good? I guess so...John has made a niche. The models are absolutely gorgeous, the poses stylistic, the moods are expressive yet rarely the same. I just love how you, John, continue to expand and grow while still being true to yourself. Another great shot. Kudos!

John Peri
I sympathize with your comment Robert, but they all did it ... Newton, Von Untwerth, Demarchelier and many others also .... so we laughed and said we would try it too, it's a parody ... other models tried it later too ... they pulled it off with charm and humour.

7 / 7. excellent shot !!!!!!!!!!!

Mel Dickey
John, I love the whole concept and all 3 are just great. Kudos to all the models!!

Robert Gordon
Not as stylish as usual, John.

John Peri
I just hope the element of humour is self evident! There are a lot of taboo subjects that really have no need to be.

John Peri
Whatever Steven! Have a Happy New Year, and please understand that sometimes I am more concerned about my models that follow their postings than myself. John

John Peri
Steven, that's very funny !

rehashing old stuff This goes back to the comment that I made about the last photo. I am not sure why it is so "strange" that I got the perception that I got. I love the pictures,..and I love the model,...but come on,..I don't think you should have been so offended by my suggestion or perception of the other photo.

Steven Jeffrey
Anyways That whole other discussion aside,...like I said,..I love the pics, and I love the Models,..in the first one,..the bottle of cleaner or whatever it is near the base of the cabinet is the "whitest" point in the photo,..and draws my eye there. The same bottle is in the third one but because her shoulder is more white than the bottle the eye isn't drawn to that bottle as much. I loved the "Complete John" book idea mentioned above. Kinda reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Kramer had an idea for a coffee table book about coffee tables. I can imagine sitting on the toilet looking at pictures of naked girls sitting on tiolets. You would make a million!!!
