stp 6 Posted December 12, 2006 This is very nice, and I think it would be even better if the camera was panned to the left so that the sun was moved to the right (about the distance of two diameters). That would provide more space for the birds to fly into (as opposed to the empty space from which they are leaving), and the offset sun would be more pleasing, IMO. Link to comment

I agree with Stephen's suggestion, but this photograph was taken when I was alreayd getting ready to leave the ocean shore, my camera was down, but with the monopode still attached -- and I suddenly saw the birds flying (they had been absent until then), and tried to do the best I could.
