The Window

Well, I was somehow inspired by Sarah's, Rudd's & Spencer's style in mind when I took this. A canvas texture was added to it. All feedback welcome.

Simple but beautiful. Nice combination of lines.

good texture and composition. i kept looking and then figured out that the window boards are upside down as the rust stains from the nails are running up instead of down. very clean work. regards, J.K.

Interesting Juxtaposition of textures and forms Cherlyn. I like the nearly monochromaticfeeling of it and the line of color on the edges of the lower part.well composed !

I just love old places and this image has the best of everything. It is very evocative and you wonder what the history is behind this place. Did you try overlaying some sepia color? Or even just doing a graytone image? This would be a great shot to experiment with. Nice job!
