raczoliver 68 Posted December 11, 2006 When staying with a family in Southwest China, I asked if I could help them with some house work, like cleaning, cooking, shopping, etc., and the girl replied: "Why don't you go help my father-in-law kill the pig for lunch?". Ahem... Needless to say, I was not really expecting that. Having lived all my life in big cities and being realtively ignorant about village life, this was the first time I saw anything remotely similar. I apologize if for some of you this picture is too graphic, however, it is worth thinking about how the meat that we eat every day gets on our table. Link to comment
