Wedding Cake

I have been getting advice to crop this photo differently. What do

you think?

I think it's the perfect shot for a "wedding" client. They want to see the cake and this shot is beautifully presented and does the job elegantly! If the client is satisfied then the crop is not of great importance! Great work Madeleine!

Hello Madelaine, I agree with Paul. I would like to add though that the red on the right hand side does grab your attention away from the cake. Red is a powerful colour. Nothing that can't be fixed in photoshop. Otherwise an excellent shot that does not require any changes. Cheers.

I think you could crop from the bottom and the right to remove the red and center the focus a bit. nice blurred field- wouldn't have been as interesting without the bride. nice eye!
