arash khoshghadam 0 Posted December 6, 2006 your having used an ND filter for this shot to capture both land and sky in their full color gamut has been a smart move. The slit complementary color scheme is magnificent. The composition is well-regarded ( horizon on the 1/3, sky 2/3 of the frame ). The clouds stretching toward the setting sun leads my eyes in to the frame.. The green grass has also formed a line toward the opposite direction ending up onto the silhouetting line created by the trees. Your having included some elements in the foreground has created a 3D shot. The brightest point ( the setting sun ) isn't kissing the horizon leaving a little space for the eyes to focus on it.
