wingell 0 Posted December 5, 2006 Ralph "Bucky" Phillips, an escaped convict who became the target of the largest manhunt in New York State history, during which he shot three state policemen, killing one, is seen being led to Chemung County Court in Elmira. In a series of court appearances in several jurisdictions, Phillips pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including the murder of the officer. Link to comment
dberryhill 3 Posted December 8, 2006 There is a fascination, that I must say I share, with photos of people who have done heinous things. I think that must be a way to try to figure them out.
