yianni 0 Posted December 5, 2006 I like it, reminds me of one of my photos ( http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=5245325 )I think if you correct the perspective (image is not straight) it will look much better. I attach a corrected version. Regards, Yianni Link to comment

davidmccracken 2 Posted December 6, 2006 I was attracted to this image of yours as I uploaded an image on a similar theme. I have to say your image has more dynamism than mine. Link to comment
tereay 0 Posted December 6, 2006 Alfredo and Yianni, really appreciate your comments, and rating is comparaitvely of lesser importance to me. David, thanks, and I think we have a different theme. Yours is more resigned to getting wet, mine wants to run it out. Link to comment
teru 0 Posted January 25, 2007 This shot reminds me very much of of Henri Cartier-Bresson's Behind the Gare St. Lazare. As much as I've strived to catch a "moment" shot, I've yet to accomplish anything as good as this. Congrats!BTW, I know these moment shots are hard to control, but the photo would be much more stronger if the pole in the background didn't run into the top of the man's head. Maybe you can remove it in PS? EDIT: I just visited your sanspeine.com site and saw the cropped version of this photo, which I love even more. Having the man off center gives a much better feel of spacing to the shot. Link to comment
tereay 0 Posted January 25, 2007 Hi Teru, comparing this to my idol Henri Cartier-Bresson's work is too flattering to me :) It's just pure luck that me and my camera happened to be at the right place at the right time, and I happend to have a really good lens, the 180 mm 2.8 is a fantastic lens! Thanks for visiting my site, and I agree with what you said! Link to comment
