Just maybe my favorite from your trip, although that's a difficult decision. I'm thinking of a snowshoe trip in late Dec up to Mt St Helens...perhaps we can muster a small (very small) group outting.

Thanks, Rick. It might work. I'm heading to the Steens with Annie sometime in late December or early Jan., weather depending, I don't know exactly when it will be. I've never done St. Helens in Winter. It does sound appealing.

My initial thought was that this was the best of the shots you took this morning. Certainly the composition with those floating islands of ice in the foreground appeals the most. On further viewing I prefer the more dramatic light in the version that garnered an EP on NPN. Congratulations too on that selection.
