You do such fine work, a touch of the Ruud Albers in some things and yet your own personal individual style in others. The flower close up is near to perfect. Just enough detail surrounded with a softness and darkened tones to compositionally render a truly lovely image. Very well done, mi amiga. rek

I like the colors very much. Only thing that bothers me a little bit is the flower at the right bottom, it is distracting me. I've tried a different crop, but I am not sure it is getting better that way. What do you think?

Best wishes for 2007!

This is really beautiful, Daniella. The colour and composition is perfect. I don't care for the border, though. It matches the colour of your prime subject, and tends to distract. I took the border off, and it was fine, but didn't really do it justice. What do you think of basic black? Just my subjective opinion. The picture is 7/7 regardless. Anything else is window dressing.
