mel_dickey 0 Posted November 28, 2006 John, Love the concept, beautiful figure on the model but feel it is mising something but not sure what. Great shot though Link to comment
John Peri 1,029 Posted November 28, 2006 Many thanks Mel ... lots would help .. cigarette, dog on a leash ... but did you read the graffiti ...?! Link to comment
robert gordon 0 Posted November 28, 2006 I suggest toning down the hot spot of the metal door. Yea, Kate! Link to comment
John Peri 1,029 Posted November 28, 2006 Yes, that won't be hard to do, thanks. This was nightime in the street (a busy one actually!). We obviously had to use a flash ... the model is uniquely beautiful, patient, inventive ... she has it all. Link to comment
anthonyd 0 Posted November 28, 2006 That's great! I must admit that I didn't catch the message on the door at first. BTW I took this into PS and did selective coloring on just the door and frame. It is one of the few shots that I've seen that looks very good that way. In my opinion anyway! -Anthony Link to comment
mel_dickey 0 Posted November 28, 2006 How I wish I had been on that busy street, what a fantasy come to true to stroll by and see this beauty standing out side. Link to comment
John Peri 1,029 Posted November 28, 2006 But she's there every night Mel ......read the graffiti .. :-) Link to comment
mel_dickey 0 Posted November 28, 2006 John, How can I focus on the graffiti, with the wonderful beauty beside it? Link to comment
bodyline 0 Posted November 28, 2006 John, great shot and concept, that little hot spot on the door is a little distracting. Link to comment
cdaunis 0 Posted November 29, 2006 I could complain about the flash, but this is just such a great composition, and she gives you such a delectable pose, John. Impossible to repeat, I'd say, during the day, and actually the flash gives the image a "brutal" or real feel, if you know what I mean. Link to comment
John Peri 1,029 Posted November 29, 2006 It was Tammy. It's taken on the main street, adjoining to a trendy restaurant, just opposite the wall poster of Kate Moss. I guess there were two flashes, not just mine! Kudos to the model which, apart from her evident beauty, also has this profound understanding and appreciation for the interests of art. Link to comment
mel_dickey 0 Posted November 29, 2006 I bet the passer by was excited. Would love to see more from this series John. Link to comment
