Glastonbury Abbey

This one is my favorite! It has everything I like - great composition, wonderful light, nice DOF: I like the sepia - perfect for this image. It's got a great mood and invites the viewer to see what's through the portal. Well done!

At this Abbey, you can find one of the graves they say King Richard

Now it's full of tourists. I think I like the photo more then I liked

I could spend a lot of time in the world of this shot, speculating on what I'll find through the archway, tempted by my curiosity but frightened also. This is 'Garden of Eden' territory expressed with much eloquence.
