Laura at the Church stairs

Shot with 100/2.8 Macro with EOS5D and MX14 ringflash.

Background lit with natrium floodlights aimed at the

brick wall of the church. Somewhat heavy manipulation in PS,

foreground wall levelled down, watercolor filter applied etc.

How do you like it?

The model is stunning you have achieved a good image here, as for the background, the answer is no........... It just does not go at all here. I bet the sodium lighting would have given a better result.

Thanks Rob, actually I just remembered that natrium (in Finnish) = sodium (in English) :-) The lights were not obviously set up by me, that's the way the

church is lit in the nightime in darkness of November Helsinki. But yep,

the watercolor filter is a bit of an overkill in attempts of making

the picture as catchy as possible.
