trevor_anderson 0 Posted November 28, 2006 I could most suitably describe this photo with the word "stunning." With this image you have drawn the viewer into a dreamworld ( which is acutely drawn my the b+w conversion) where the sublime mountain is the centerpiece and primary source of power. The only other complimentary elements in this world are water and sky. The depiction of sky movement suggests that the mountain exhibits an alchemy, one which shifts the clouds and all other objects upward into that black abyss (B+W conversion nicely employed to magnify the density of color). The one thing the viewer must do to harness the mountain's power, is simply make the journey through the uhobstruced and sedate waters. After testing the waters, the viewer will be transformed, and will confidently transition to the next stage, the abyss, the sheer unknown. Link to comment
marcadamus 1 Posted December 12, 2006 Naturally streaked cloud patterns encompass the Canadian Rockies' Mount Assiniboine on a cold morning, reflected in misty lake Magog. Link to comment

alan whittle 0 Posted December 13, 2006 Very, very nice. You have really captured the coldness of the water, and the clouds are fantastic. Your portfolio is also outstanding. Link to comment
